How do I qualify for an IVA?
To qualify for an IVA you must usually have debts of greater than £15,000 which you are unable to repay even through the release of any material assets you may have. These debts will generally need to be spread between at least three different creditors. You must also have a regular income and be able to make payments sufficiently high enough to satisfy your creditors, at least 75% of which must agree to the IVA.
